摘要：近年来我国房地产行业整体步入转型发展期，战略采购管理作为一种新兴的房地产采购管理模式将成为房地产开发企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。基于供应链管理理论，分析传统招标采购的局限，在与传统招标采购对比的基础上对战略采购的组织、规划、实施、评价等进行阐述，提出战略采购的发展前景。

Abstract：In recent years，China’s real estate industry industry as a whole enters the period of transformational development，strategic procurement management as an emerging real estate procurement management model will become an important part of the development of the real estate enterprise's core competitiveness. Based on supply chain management theory，compares with the traditional bidding，analyzes the limitations of traditional bidding procurement，expounds the strategic procurement organization，planning，implementation，evaluation and other aspects，and proposes strategic sourcing prospects of development.
