摘要：总结建筑设计与工程造价的关系，从投资控制视角阐述结构设计管理措施，并以某住宅楼为实例，应用价值工程计算分析砖混、矩形柱框架及异形柱框架三种结构形式造价成本的经济性。最后得出结论：建筑设计在考虑工程的安全性、可靠性的同时，还需考虑工程造价，以最小的成本实现设计目标的必要功能。

Abstract：To summarize the relationship between architectural design and engineering cost control，from the investment perspective，expounds the structure design of management measures. Taking a residential building as example，applies the value engineering cost to calculate economic analysis of brick，the rectangle column frame and the special-shaped column frame. Finally，draws the conclusion：architectural design considers safety，reliability of the engineering，at the same time，also need to consider the cost，to achieve the necessary function of the design goal with the minimum cost.
