摘要：阐述三代核电机组工程造价的基本概念、构成要素，就三代核电工程造价控制的有效途径问题，从宏观层面提出问题统一技术路线、推行标准化设计、实施国产化战略、规模化系列化发展及走专业化发展道路等策略，从微观层面提出合理缩短建造周期、推行招投标以引入竞争、充分利用国家三代核电自主化发展战略的成果和充分借鉴引用先进造价控制技术等控制造价的方法。

Abstract：Basing on the introduction of the basic concept，elements and others of Generation III nuclear power plants，this paper discusses on the effective methods to control the cost of Generation III nuclear power plants from both the macroscopic and microscopic aspects. From macroscopic aspects，this paper proposes strategies such as unifying the technology routes，promoting standardized design，implementing localization strategy，scale expansion and professional development，etc. From microscopic aspects，this paper proposes cost control methods such as properly shortening the construction periods，carrying out bidding system to introduce competition，adopting the achievement of Generation III Nuclear Power Plant self-reliance strategies，adequately using the advanced cost control techniques，etc.
