摘要：分析辽宁省建筑业发展现状，通过全国及江苏、浙江、辽宁三省建筑业产业集中度指标测算与对比，剖析辽宁省建筑业产业结构存在的问题，并探讨其形成原因，提出优化升级辽宁省建筑业产业结构的对策与建议。

Abstract：Analyses the development status of the construction industry in Liaoning province by the calculation and comparison of the construction industry concentration index in the national and Jiangsu，Zhejiang and Liaoning provinces，summarizes the problems existing in the construction industry structure in Liaoning province. Then expounds the cause of the issues and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization and upgrading of the construction industry structure in Liaoning province.
