摘要：旨在缓解绿色建筑推广所面临的庞大资金压力，借鉴项目为导向的融资模式。首先分析项目融资模式的特征和适用性，在此基础上，阐述项目融资模式在绿色建筑中的适用性及关键点，最后介绍其在绿色建筑中的实际操作程序：系统严谨的投资分析与评估、科学的融资决策、有效的模式设计和执行过程。绿色建筑项目融资，各参与方即要相互协作，又要注意风险分担，以实现融资活动顺利进行。

Abstract：To ease the facing huge financial pressure of green building popularization，draw lessons from project oriented finatcing mode. The paper analyzes the characteristics and applicability of the project financing model. On this basis，expounds the applicability and keys of the financing models，finally introduces its actual operating procedures：the rigorous disign of investment analysis；evalution and scientific decision，the effective process design，and implementation process.
