摘要：分析我国房地产经营管理专业设置、课程设置及专业建设过程中存在的突出问题，展望分析未来房地产经营管理专业的发展。同时以英国、美国、英联邦国家和地区等为借鉴对象，剖析其房地产经营管理专业和课程设置情况；针对我国房地产经营管理专业未来的课程设置和教学改革提出政策建议。

Abstract：The paper analyzes problems of the professional setting，curriculum settings and professinal construction process in universities. Makes a prospect analysis of the future development of real estate management professional. Meanwhile，contrasting the case in the British，the U.S. and the other British commonwealth of nations，studies the professional and curriculum settings in these countries and regions. Finally，puts forward some suggestions for the professional and curriculum settings and teaching reform in our country.
