基于PSR模型的建设工程对环境的影响评价研究

摘要:首先针对当前建设工程开发所导致能源消耗和环境污染等问题,从全寿命期的角度对工程环境系统展开分析,提出全寿命内的建设工程环境系统框架。然后进一步分析建设工程对环境的胁迫效应以及环境对工程的约束效应,基于PSR模型构建建设工程对环境的影响评价指标体系,并采用模糊集值统计方法确定各个指标的权重,得到工程系统对环境影响的具体评价值。关键词:建设工程;环境系统;PSR模型;影响评价Abstract:Aiming at the energy consumption and environmental problems caused by the construction engineering system development,proposes the environmental system framework of the construction engineering firstly. Then analyzes the relationship between construction engineering and environment. The input and output of construction engineering has stress effects on environment,and environment has constraints effects on construction engineering. The paper establishes the construction engineering on the environment impact assessment index system based on the Pressure-State-Response model,and uses fuzzy set-valued statistics to determine the weight of each indicator.
