摘要：“双拼房”是开发商为规避“90/70”政策、迎合市场需求开发建造的一种房屋。首先对“双拼房”进行界定，然后分析其产生的原因、种类和给购房者带来危害。最后，依据现行法律法规提出规制“双拼房”销售合同的建议，以期让购房者对“双拼房”有深入的了解并予关注。

Abstract：“Semi-detached houses”are the houses that some real estate developers building to evade the“90/70” policy and meet the market demand. Firstly，the paper defines“Semi-detached houses”. Secondly，analyzes its causes 、types and the harm foundation to the houses purchasers. Lastly，according to china’s existing law，puts forward some proposal to regulate the contract of“semi-detached houses”，in order to let buyers have knowledge of the“semi-detached houses”in-depth.
