[摘　要]　分析了DBB模式下工程交易费用的构成、标段划分及合同激励对工程总费用的影响，阐述了基于交易费用分析的标段划分原则及思路，提出了委托监理（或项目管理）合同和施工合同激励的具体措施，为充分发挥DBB模式的优势提供了理论依据及操作方法。

Abstract: Under the DBB mode， the paper analyses the constitution of engineering transaction cost， the bidding sector division and the influence of contract incentive to the whole engineering cost， discusses the principle and thought of bidding sector division based on transaction cost analysis， puts forward the concrete measures of supervision commission（project management） contract incentive and construction contract incentive. It provides theoretical basis and operation method to the full play of DBB's advantage.
