摘要：在高校新校区建设中，资产置换融资模式已逐步取代银行贷款模式成为高校建设的主要融资模式之一。本文结合实际案例对高校新校区建设中的各类资产置换形式进行分析研究，总结归纳各种形式的优点与缺点。并进一步分析其存在的问题及障碍，提出初步解决建议，以求促进资产置换融资模式在高校新校区建设中发挥更为重要的作用。

Abstract：In the process of the new campus construction，asset replacement financing model has gradually replaced the bank loan to become one of the main financing model of universities. This paper according to the actual case of the new campus of universities construction，analyzes various kinds of asset replacement financing model，summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various forms. From considering the future development，analyzes its existing problems and obstacles，in order to promote asset replacement financing model play a more important role in the construction of new campus in universities.
