摘要：针对大型建设工程项目实施状态诊断系统中项目实施状态综合判定标准方面存在的判据缺失问题，基于循证科学方法和kalman分析原理，通过对若干大型建设工程项目实际状态调查结果的科学分析与推证，获得了能够有效反映大型建设工程项目实施状态的综合判定标准，为科学判定大型建设工程项目实施状态提供科学的实证性依据。

Abstract：To the problem of integration determinant standard in large-scale construction project，using the evidenced science and Kalman system analysis theory，a new integration determinant standard which can judge and mapping with construction real states is obtained based on the analysis of investigation result to construction practice. The achievement puts forward a more scientific rule for judging construction project implement state.
