摘要：从绿色施工推进中出现的问题出发，构建多方参与的绿色施工项目管理总体框架及其管理体系；探析各参与方绿色施工项目管理目标、管理体系和管理内容，规范绿色施工项目建设过程中的管理措施，推进我国绿色施工的快速发展。

Abstract：Considering the problems in the process of green construction，the paper builds the overall framework and management system of project management of multiparty green construction；analyzes the management target，management system and management content of multiparty project，in order to norm the management measkres of the green construction in the process of project construction and promote the rapid development of green construction in China.
