摘要：应用HHM法对我国建筑企业“走出去”风险进行全面系统地识别，然后运用RFRM法将风险进行逐层筛选，得出政策连续性、先进技术应用风险、法律不完善风险、组织协调风险、合同风险和国际工程管理人才稀缺风险是我国建筑企业“走出去”的核心风险，进而针对这些核心风险提出了具体防范措施。

Abstract：Based on the review and comment on related documents，firstly this paper identifies the comprehensive and systematic risk of construction enterprises’“going out” policy with the HHM method，then filters the risks at all levels with the RFRM method. According to this，recognizes that the risk of the sustainability of policy，the application of new technology，the imperfect legislation，the organizational coordination，the contract and the lack of talented person in international engineering are construction enterprises’“going out” core risks. Finally，puts forward several suggestions to control the above risks.
