设计-建造总承包管理的国际研究进展(二)—基于研究主题的文献综述

摘要:基于648篇关于DB总承包管理英文文献的统计分析,表明DB与其他模式绩效的比较、DB模式的合同问题、DB承包商的选择等,是重要的研究主题。本文采用文献综述的方法探讨这些研究主题的重要成果,主要研究结论包括:DB模式具有节约工期、降低成本的显著优势;DB项目应采用两阶段、最优价值的承包商选择方法;DB模式在应用过程中最大的阻力来自业主和法律;DB项目设计管理中最重要的是合理确定业主与承包商完成的设计比例;DB承包商、业主、项目团队、招标文件是最重要的DB项目成功要素。在此基础上,提出了国内DB模式的研究方向。

Abstract:Based on the statistic analysis of 648 pieces of English literature on DB general contracting management,finds that DB performance comparison with other models,DB contract,DB contractor selection,etc.,are important research topics. This paper mainly explores the research conclusions for each topic through literature review method. The research findings are:DB has advantages of time saving and cost reducing;DB project should use two-stage best-value contractor selection method;most of the barriers in applying DB come from client and law;the most important issue in DB design management is to decide the proper ratio of design between client and contractor;DB contractor,client,project team,and tendering documents are critical success factors of DB project. Based on the above findings,proposes future research directions for researcher of DB model to carry out relevant research in China.
