摘要：选取天津市建筑业2000年到2010年相关数据，运用两阶段DEA模型，筛选对天津市建筑业具有重要影响的指标，确定各个决策单元的有效性和无效性，结合实证分析结果，对具有重要影响的指标提出改进措施，以促进天津市建筑业稳定、快速发展。

Abstract：Based on the relevant data of Tianjin’s construction industry from 2000 to 2010，using two- stage DEA model，screens out the indexes that have important effect on Tianjin’s construction industry，and determines the validity and invalidity of each decision unit. According to the above research，puts forward some measures of improving each important index to promote the fast and steady development of Tianjin’s construction industry.
