摘要：从当前消费者对绿色建筑的实际需求出发，通过文献研究与专家研讨的形式，构建绿色建筑推广过程中消费者需求因素分类指标体系。在此基础上，利用专家经验与住户实际感知，使用层次分析法对各需求因素进行权重划分，并形成需求因素的分级体系。通过研究，希望能实现绿色建筑功能供给与需求的均衡，增强消费者的支付意愿，从而强化绿色建筑推广的市场需求。

Abstract：Through literature review and in-depth discussion with experts，users’ demand system was established. The weight analysis of the demand factors in this system was conducted based on experts’ experience and users’ actual perception of the buildings by AHP. Then，the grading system of demand factor classification was developed according to the weight values. Wish results of this research can help establish the equilibrium between the supply and the demand and enhance consumer’s willingness to pay for green buildings，which will strengthen the growing market demand of green buildings.
