摘要：核电常规岛工作原理与火电项目类似，但两者设计情况和质量管理、安全管理、建设工期等方面的差异，导致核电常规岛项目施工管理成本远高于火电项目。对核电常规岛项目与火电项目在设计和质量、安全、工期等方面的差异引起核电常规岛施工较高的管理投入进行分析，发现管理费和安全措施费用增加比例最高，以供同业参考。

Abstract：The conventional island of nuclear power and thermal power project principle is similar，but the difference of design，quality management，safety management，construction period and other aspects，causes the conventional island of nuclear power project construction management input far higher than that of thermal power project. This paper analyses the difference of conventional island nuclear power project and thermal power project in the design，quality，safety，construction period and other aspects that cause higher management input in conventional island of nuclear power construction，finds that the increase proportion of management fees and safety measures fees is highest，for the colleague reference.
