摘要：评标基准价是评标的关键，如何确定评标基准价直接影响到评标结果的公正性和合理性。详细介绍了四种评标基准价的计算方法和特点，结合具体招标实例分析不同评标基准价计算方法对评标结果的影响，基于多年的招标工作经验，提出招标机制设计的建议，在实例分析的基础上，总结不同的评标基准价计算方法在工程中的适用范围，为招标实践提供指导。

Abstract：Evaluation benchmark price is the key of bidding，how to determine the evaluation benchmark prices directly affects the justice and rationality of the bidding results. This paper introduces the four calculation methods and characteristics of evaluation benchmark price，analyzes the effect on bidding results of different calculation methods combining with real bidding case，puts forward some proposals on bidding mechanism design based on years of bidding experiences，sums up the application scope of evaluation benchmark prices calculation methods.
