[摘　要]　在分析企业综合评价指标体系现状的基础上，结合建筑企业特点，借鉴战略平衡计分卡（BSC），构建建筑企业竞争力评价指标体系，运用模糊层次分析法（FAHP）确定各个指标的权重。对浙江省8家特级资质建筑企业进行实证研究，研究结果展示了8家特级工程总承包企业各自的竞争优势和劣势，同时表明该评价体系，可以作为建筑企业自我评价的依据，也可作为政府主管部门评价建筑企业实力的工具。

Abstract: On the basis of analysis the present conditions of enterprise comprehensive evaluation system， combined the building enterprise characteristics， drawn lessons from BSC index system design method， building enterprise competition ability evaluation system is set up by making use of the Fuzzy Analysis Method to make sure the proportion of each index. This paper selected eight superfine construction enterprises as example. The result well showed each of the superfine construction enterprises' advantages and disadvantages， which can provide a scientific basis for construction enterprise evaluation and relevant government departments in charge.
