摘要：界定住房刚性需求包括拆迁安置住房、新婚夫妇住房、新增外来人口住房等纯粹住房刚性需求和改善性住房需求两部分，测算沈阳市各项住房刚性需求量，并分析沈阳市住房供需平衡状况。

Abstract：Defines the housing rigid demand consisting of two parts，one part of it including the resettlement housing demand，the newlyweds housing demand，the increase of new migrants housing demand etc. which named the pure housing rigid demand，and the other part of it is the improvement of housing demand，measures the various rigid demand of housing in Shenyang，then analyzes the balance situation between housing supply and demand in Shenyang.
