摘要：梳理传统进度计划的编制及管理方法，并从编制过程、技术及信息存储等方面研究传统模式与BIM情景下进度管理方法的特点；研究BIM情景下进度编制的原则、管理组织、4D进度挂接技术以及激光扫描技术等数据收集技术。BIM情景下可视化进度技术已趋成熟，由于数据标准及规模经济等因素影响，在工程中普及尚有困难，但有较大的应用空间。

Abstract：Combing the traditional schedule and management methods，analyzes the characters between the traditional schedule management and BIM schedule management from compilation process，technology，information storage and other aspects，discusses the principle，organization，4D hanging technology and laser scanning technology is under the BIM scenario. It is a reality that the visual schedule management is difficult popularity because of the influence of data standards，scale economies and others，although it is already mature.
