中小建筑企业“走出去”发展战略与实施措施

摘要:根据某公路建筑企业的实际情况,利用SWOT模型对该企业实施“走出去”的发展战略进行深入分析,阐述企业自身的优劣势和目前发展存在的机遇和威胁,提出相应的战略决策矩阵和经营策略,并提出具体的实施建议,为我国同类中小建筑企业实施“走出去”战略提供决策支持和参考。关键词:中小建筑企业;“走出去”战略;SWOT模型Abstract:Based on actual situation of a construction enterprise in transportation sector,the SWOT analysis is performed to drive its“Going-out”strategy and implementation measures. The internal factors such as strengths and weaknesses of the private construction enterprise are identified at first,followed by the external factors of opportunities and threats.
