摘要：对我国建筑师的执业困境与改革进程中建筑师面临的挑战与机遇进行分析与整理，提出三项建议：回归“营造为本”的发展战略；修炼“内功”迎接即将到来的多元化重组浪潮；在未来思想领域发生深刻变革的时代，抓住机遇，为重建中华建筑伦理、促进行业可持续发展做出贡献。

Abstract：Analyses and sums up the practice predicaments as well as the opportunities and challenges in reform process for architects，and puts forward three suggestions including return to the strategy of development of “concentrates on construction itself”，steel and temper the “internal strength” to meet the diversity of the coming wave of restructuring，and seize the opportunity in the time of profound changes of thoughts may have been occurred in the future，to rebuild the building ethics of China，and contribute to the sustainable development of building industry.
