摘要：围绕三代核电建设全过程经验反馈机制的构建和运行，提出在核电工程建设领域开展经验反馈工作的实施措施，包括进行总体策划、建立组织体系和制度体系、开发信息化平台、探索合适的技术方法、持续改进和定期进行交流等。以三门、海阳核电建设为例，介绍国家核电技术公司构建和运行核电建设全过程经验反馈机制的情况，分析该机制在三代核电自主化战略中发挥的重要作用。

Abstract：Based on whole process lessons learned establishment and operation in nuclear power plant construction，the paper discusses the implementation measures in conducting lessons learned activities in 3rd generation nuclear power plant construction，including overall planning，organization and system establishment，information system platform development，optimized technical solution，continuous improvement and regular information exchange etc. Then，introduces the practice of whole process lessons learned establishment and operation in SNPTC and analyses the important effect during the assimilation，absorption and re-innovation of AP1000 technology.
