摘要：结合建筑行业的特点，探讨建筑企业多元化和公司绩效的关系。以组织生态学为视角，在“专才/通才”组织与环境匹配度理论研究的基础上，推导出多元化类型和公司绩效的关系。并借助上市公司2001年到2010年公开的财务报表数据，利用EViews进行回归分析，通过实证研究，进一步探讨我国建筑企业多元化类型与公司绩效的关系。

Abstract：The paper explores the relationship between the type of diversification for construction enterprises and corporation performance. According to organizational ecology perspective for specialists and generalists of the organization and its environment matching degree theory and on the basis of literature review，derives the relationship between the type of diversification and corporation performance. And then proposes the research hypotheses and establishes multiple linear regression Models. With the financial statement data of listed construction enterprises in China from 2001 to 2010 and using EViews to regression analysis，study the relationship between the type of diversification and corporate performance.
