摘要：分析近年陕西省建筑业经济增长效率，对于促进陕西省建筑业健康发展具有积极的现实意义。从建筑业规模和建筑业效益与效率两大方面，以规模水平作为输入指标，建筑业效益与效率作为输出指标，构建建筑业经济增长效率评价指标体系。基于中国统计局公布的陕西省建筑业近10年的数据，构建2003至2012年期间陕西省建筑业经济增长效率评价模型，并从结果有效性和规模收益、投入产出有效性方面进行分析，最终得出陕西省建筑业经济增长效率的综合评价结果，指出陕西省建筑业未来健康发展的方向。

Abstract：The analysis of the efficiency of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province has a positive practical significance to promote the healthy development of construction industry in Shaanxi Province. From two major areas of the construction industry scale and construction effectiveness and efficiency，the paper establishes the efficiency evaluation index system of economic growth in the construction industry in which the level of scale is input indicator and building effectiveness and efficiency is output indicator. Based on 10 years data of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province which released by China Bureau of Statistics，it constructs the evaluation model of economic increasing efficiency in the construction industry in Shaanxi Province. In the end，through the analysis of validity of the results and returns to scale，input-output effectiveness，the paper obtains the comprehensive evaluation results of economic growth efficiency in the construction industry in Shaanxi Province and points out the future health development trend of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province.
