摘要：以重庆市为研究对象，分析公租房项目融资现状及存在的问题，将ABN和REITs相结合的融资模式引入公租房建设中，并对重庆市某公租房项目进行实证分析，探讨ABN+REITs的模式应用于公租房建设的可行性、运作机制及优缺点，为进一步完善我国公租房融资体系提供参考。

Abstract：Analyzes the situation and problems of public rental housing financing taking Chongqing as research object. Introduced the financing model combining ABN and REITs into the construction of public rental housing，and cited a project in Chongqing as an example to explore the feasibility，operation model，merits and demerits of this model，to perfect the financing system of public rental housing，and then be a references of practicing public rental housing for our country.
