大型土石方工程合同分析方法与工程应用

摘要:采用技术、经济、信息、管理与法律相结合的工程合同分析方法,对大型土石方工程合同签订与执行的各种影响因素进行分析;结合土石方工程的不确定性和复杂性,分析其工程合同签订与执行中的关键内容,并提出相应的风险控制方法。工程实例分析表明,合同分析与风险控制分析方法具有较强的实用性。关键词:工程合同;土石方;工程风险;合同分析Abstract:It was analyzed for the various factors of the engineering contract of large earthwork engineering by the method of technical,economic,information,management and legal,which influence the sign and execution of the contract. The key elements of the process of the singe and execution of the contract were analyzed by combination of the uncertainty and complexity of the large earthwork engineering and various factors on the large earthwork contract for system analysis signed and the corresponding risk control methods were proposed.
