摘要：针对工程项目成员关系管理过程中所存在的问题，对国内外的相关研究进行综述；在此基础上，提出工程项目成员关系管理应关注的问题；最后从合作伙伴关系建立、统一工程文化建设、构建运作协调机制及完善利益协调机制等方面给出项目成员关系管理的策略，为构建工程项目成员关系管理体系提供参考。

Abstract：There are many problems exist in the process of managing the members of project. This paper first reviews the recently research status of members relationship management of project，and provides management principles of relationship management based on the characteristic of projects. We proposes several strategies for coordinating project members from several aspects：building strategic partner relationship，developing construction cultural，building operation and benefit coordination mechanisms，and improving integrated control. The aim of this paper is to provide theoretical foundation to build practical and feasible coordination mechanisms of project members.
