摘要：在和谐管理理论框架下，提出“时则与境则”的方法，以弥补和谐管理理论在工程项目管理应用中的内生缺陷，形成工程项目和谐管理体系；然后，以深圳地铁5号线BT项目为例，阐述工程项目和谐管理体系的运用，验证和则、谐则与时则、境则的整体耦合对项目和谐管理效率的提升作用，以期为改善工程项目管理模式提供新思路。

Abstract：Harmonious management theory provides a new idea for modern project management，but its application in the project cannot meet the control of external natural environment. Therefore，in the framework of a harmonious management philosophy，proposes“timing principle and environment principle” to compensate for the defective endogenous of harmonious management theory in the application of project management，while building a harmonious management system in project management. Then，taking Shenzhen metro Line 5 BT project to illustrate its use of project harmonious management system，verify that the coupling of timing principle and environment principle to enhance the efficiency of harmonious，provides new ideas to improve project management model.
