摘要：利用对建筑农民工的抽样调查结果，借助统计学分析软件，对可能影响建筑农民工市民化意愿的各自变量进行交叉分析和卡方检验，并对通过卡方检验的变量进行Logistic回归分析。分析结果表明，个人属性中的受教育水平、技能水平和是否愿意长期从事建筑业工作对建筑农民工市民化意愿影响显著；社会属性中的参加社会保险情况和职业化程度对建筑农民工市民化意愿亦有显著影响。

Abstract：The impact factors are divided into personal attributes and social attributes using random sample survey research. And with statistical analysis software，various factors which may affect the desire of urbanization of construction migrant workers are analyzed by crosstab analysis and Chi-square test，and the variables passed the Chi-square test are analyzed by Binary Logistic analysis. The results show that the personal attributes including the level of education，skill of construction migrant workers and the willingness to work long has been engaged in affecting the desire of urbanization significantly；Participation in social insurance and professionalization degree of construction migrant workers in social attributes also have significant impact.
