[摘　要]　以大型公共项目交易模式的溢出效应为视角，进行大型公共项目交易模式的机理分析，从项目借鉴效应、企业合作效应、知识积累效应、交易竞争效应和社会公平效应五个方面剖析溢出效应的具体表现形式，进一步得到影响溢出效应的主要因素，并提出提高大型公共项目交易模式溢出效应的有效途径。

Abstract: From the perspective of the spillover effect on trading mode, analyzes the spillover mechanism of large-scale public project trade mode, and researches its specific forms from five aspects: project reference effect, enterprise cooperation effect, accumulation of knowledge effect, trade competition effect and social fair effect. Then, obtains the main influence factors of spillover effect and proposes the way to improve the spillover effect of large-scale public project on the above analysis.
