[摘　要]　首先分析基于战略联盟的建筑业供应链管理优化的重要作用；然后重点研究典型案例——德国建筑业企业合作社，探讨通过建立战略联盟实现建筑业供应链管理的优化途径，具体包括战略联盟的一体化协调与运作流程的分散管理相结合、贯穿整条价值链的高效信息技术支持以及合作伙伴之间的充分互信；最后，提出基于战略联盟的集成化建筑业供应链管理的运作框架。

Abstract: This essay aims at studying the approach to build integrated supply chain in construction industry based on strategic alliance. Firstly, it analyzes the importance of optimizing supply chain management in construction industry by strategic alliance. Afterward, it presents a case study of such a strategic alliance in German construction industry which is actually a cooperative of various building businesses and related services. It elaborates how the establishment of a strategic alliance helps to optimize construction supply chain management, including the combination of the collaboration by the strategic alliance and de-centralized management by various construction trades, effective IT support throughout the whole value chain and full trust among partners. Finally, it puts forward the framework of integrated construction supply chain management based on strategic alliance.
