[摘　要]　地主型港口建设模式对政府和私人部门在港口产业的作用定位符合经济理论的要求，有利于整合双方的优势，所以已经成为国际主流的港口运作模式。地主港模式在中国港口建设中具有广阔的应用前景，需要从完善法律体系等方面采取具体策略。

Abstract: The oritation of government and private sector in the landlord port model is in line with the economic theories. The model of landlord port helps to intergrate the advanteges of both parties and has become the mainstream of port operation in the world. The model could be widely used in Chinese port industry, and several measures such as the improvement of law system should be applied.
