[摘　要]　针对大型建设项目合同管理混乱的问题，利用信息资源规划方法对合同管理信息系统进行总体规划，从需求分析出发，建立功能、数据、体系结构三大模型，所得成果可直接应用于信息工程实施方案的编制和下一阶段信息化开发。

Abstract: The overall planning of contract management information system was proposed based on the information resource planning against the management confusion of contract. In this paper, after requirement analysis, the operation flow and the data flow is defined. And then the function model, the data model and system model is built. The structure of the mentioned models is very clear with definite information. The models gained in this paper could be used in implementation plan of information engineering and the information development in the next stage.
