[摘　要]　基于BIM在工程前期造价管理中应用较少的现状，以某实际工程项目为例，进行理论分析和案例对比研究，证明BIM在前期造价管理中具有成本控制和方案比选两个方面的应用价值。并提出BIM在推广应用中存在的问题和解决方案。

Abstract: BIM is not commonly applied to pre-construction cost management. This paper takes a real construction project as an example, adopts the method of theoretical analysis and comparative study, proves that BIM has application value in two aspects of cost control and scheme comparison in pre-construction cost management. And analyses existing problems of the application of BIM in our country and proposes solutions to it.
