项目储备集成在预算管控中的应用

[摘 要] 剖析电网公司项目预算管理现状及存在的问题,以D电网公司为例,提出并系统研究项目预算管控模式:以项目储备库为主导,通过工程标准成本体系紧密相连,实现项目储备库、标准作业库、物资价格库“三库”集成,为电网公司实现集约化、精益化管理奠定坚实的基础。[关键词] 电网企业;项目预算;项目储备Abstract: This paper analyses the situation and widespread problems of project budget management in Grid Company under intensive financial management environment. On this basis, taking D Grid Company as example, the paper proposes a“three base” integrated project budget control mode: dominated by project storehouse, linked by engineering standard cost system, it establishes the integration pattern of project storehouse, standard cost system and material price storehouse.
