[摘　要]　总结和对比分析BT项目常见的运行管理模式及特点，并以广西A市体育中心项目为例，分析项目的运作模式、合同结构、合同内容及项目管理人员的合同参与程度，揭示规范项目的运作管理模式和加强合同管理对项目的成本、进度等绩效的重要作用。

Abstract: This paper summarizes and contrastively analyzes the characteristics of BT project common operation management mode through the literature research, which is written to analyze the project operation mode, the structure and content of the contract, and the participation degree of project management staffs in contract taking the sports center project of A city in  Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example, reveals the important role to regulate the project operation management mode and strengthen the contract management for the project performance in cost, schedule, etc.
