[摘　要]　通过对广东省从事建设及研究的相关企事业单位问卷调查，提出经济、社会及技术三个维度和多层次工程建设地方标准的效益评价体系并进行实证评价。研究发现，广东省工程建设地方标准效益评价等级为4级，即地方标准在工程建设效益的推进中发挥着良好作用但存在较大改进空间；同时发现工程建设地方标准的效益作用在技术效益层面最高，经济效益层面略低。针对目前地方工程建设标准化存在的问题，提出进一步规范标准制定、加强标准的服务建设以及标准化评价工作常规化等建议。

Abstract: In this paper, through large-scale survey from the enterprises that engaged in construction-related work and research of Guangdong province, presents the three dimensions (economic，social and technical) and multi-level benefits evaluation system of local construction standards, and the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process empirical evaluation. The results show that the evaluation rating of local construction standards benefit of Guangdong Province is 4 grade, which indicate that the local construction standards is in a good role, but there are still large room for improvement. The paper also finds the benefits of local standards are mainly reflected in the technical efficiency level, followed by social and economic benefits. Finally, this paper puts forward the advices such as the standardization of standards establishing，applying information technology within the construction standards, offering service of standards and standardization of routine evaluation.
