[摘　要]　以中国建筑业协会推介的中国建筑业企业竞争力百强排名评价指标体系为蓝本，参考近年来国内的相关研究文献，提出建筑业企业竞争力排名的评价指标选取原则和评价指标体系，构建建筑业企业竞争力的评价模型，同时给出建筑业企业竞争力水平评价的示例，以期有助于建筑业企业明确努力方向，追赶标杆企业，有的放矢地提升企业的竞争力，促进建筑业企业可持续发展。

Abstract: According to the evaluation index system of the competitiveness 100 tops ranking of Chinese construction enterprises recommended by the Chinese Construction Industry Association, referring to the recent domestic research literature, proposed evaluation index ranking selection principles and the evaluation index system of the competitiveness ranking of construction enterprises, which included five aspects of the classification indicators and 20 classified refine indicators. Constructed construction enterprises competitiveness ranking evaluation model, and gave the level of competitiveness evaluation of construction enterprises example. It is beneficial for construction enterprises to clear direction, pursue business models, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises with a purpose and promote sustainable development of construction enterprises.
