[摘　要]　建筑工程项目在建设全生命期各阶段产生的大量信息由于形式和格式不统一，无法与其他参与方交换和分享，造成信息散失、信息孤岛等问题，严重影响信息的有效互用。在阐释信息互用重要性的基础上，对工程全生命期各阶段的信息作阶段划分和体系归纳，提出全生命期工程信息交换的相关工作程序和机制，并以实例进行具体描述。

Abstract: A lot of information would be produced in various stages of construction. Due to the inconsistency of its form and format being, it was unable to share with other participants. And this phenomenon resulted in the information exchange problems and the information interoperability problems, such as a loss of information, information silos and so on. The importance of information interoperability is described and the project lifecycle information is divided firstly. The work program and mechanism of information exchange is proposed by studying building information classification system. Finally, its validity is verified by the example of information exchange.
