[摘　要]　与制造业供应链管理应用的繁荣相比，建筑业供应链管理尚处于发展时期，需要更深入的研究和更广泛的应用。明确了建筑供应链管理的涵义与特征，阐述了在我国推行建筑供应链管理是一种必然趋势，并剖析了我国已具备推行建筑供应链管理的基本条件，最后指出我国推行建筑供应链管理应解决好的几个关键问题，以期对促进我国推行建筑供应链管理有所裨益。

Abstract: To compare with applied prosperity of the manufacturing industry supply chain management， the construction industry supply chain management is still placed in a development period， which needs more thoroughly study and broadly application. The paper defines the definition and characteristics of construction supply chain management， clarifies that it is necessary to carry out construction supply chain management in china, and dissects that China has already possessed the basic conditions of carrying out construction supply chain management. Finally, it points out the key problems that should be solved well to carry out construction supply chain management in China， which would be beneficial to promote the development of the construction supply chain management of China.
