[摘　要]　对英国工程造价计价模式进行分析，并与我国2013版《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》对比，主要从计价依据、工程量清单组成内容、清单单价、工程造价信息等方面进行比较分析，旨在结合我国国情和建筑业的实际，借鉴英国工程造价计价的经验，加强工程造价体系建设，进一步推动我国工程造价计价的科学发展。

Abstract: Through the analysis of British engineering cost valuation model, and comparing with《Code of bills of quantities and valuation for construction works》（2013）, this paper mainly compares and analyses from the price foundation and composition of bills of quantities, unit rate, the engineering cost information, etc. Its purpose is to gain experience of the British engineering cost valuation on the basis of China's rational conditions and the actual situation of building industry, streagthen the establishment of engineering cost system and promote the development of engineering cost valuation in China to a further degree.
