[摘　要]　从2005年7月21日我国实施新的人民币汇率制度以来，短短两年间人民币有了大幅度的升值。本文介绍了我国汇率改革的进程，结合对外承包项目周期长、承包金额大和利润率低的特点，分析了人民币升值下国际承包工程面临的现状。并由此对企业现行的汇率风险规避措施进行了分析和比较，同时提出了进一步的完善对策。

Abstract: Since new exchange rate system was implemented in 21st July 2005, RMB has appreciated obviously. This article introduces the process of reformation of exchange rate system and the characteristic of international project. It shows the current situation of international project, which results from the RMB appreciation. Then it analyzes the existing methods that are used to avoid exchange rate risk in China. These methods have some disadvantages. At the end of the article, the authors give some measures on how to reduce the loss from the RMB appreciation.
