[摘　要]　针对建筑工业化典型产品SI住宅的项目管理特征和建筑信息化BIM技术优势，架构基于BIM技术的SI住宅项目管理体系，并分析BIM技术在SI住宅项目管理中的工程价值流。研究表明，BIM技术优势与SI住宅项目管理特征及需求契合性良好，BIM-SI住宅管理体系能够有效促进建筑工业化和建筑信息化的融合与发展。

Abstract: Based on the project management features of typical construction industrialization product-SI housing and the BIM advantages, the SI housing project management system were framed based on BIM, and at last the value flow of BIM in SI housing project management was analyzed. This study shows that, the BIM technology advantages and the project management features of SI housing fit well, and the BIM-SI housing building management system can effectively promote the integration and development of construction industrialization and construction informatization.
