[摘　要]　从认知层面、政策层面、技术层面，结合当前我国PC建筑的技术经济指标、建造特点及其产业链的完善程度，对我国PC建筑发展过程中存在的问题进行深入研究。在此基础上，从加强建筑性能研究与推广、强化政府引导监管、引入信息集成技术等方面提出推进PC建筑发展的对策及建议，为相关部门决策提供科学依据。

Abstract: In combination with the technical and economic index, the formation specialty and the perfect degree of industry chain of domestic PC-constructions, makes thorough study on the existing problems in the development course of PC-construction in China from cognition level, policy level and technique level. On this basis, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of PC-constructions from the aspects of strengthening the research on building performance and its extension, enhancing government guidance and supervision, and introducing information integration technology, to provide scientific basis for relevant departments in their decision making.
