[摘　要]　近年来，随着我国建设进程的加快，建筑市场诚信建设已成为建筑业可持续发展的重要因素。基于此，对全国各地建筑市场诚信体系建设工作现状、效果及存在的问题进行问卷调查，重点对建筑市场诚信体系建设工作现状及信用评价效果进行深入分析，并在此基础上提出相关政策建议，以期对我国建筑市场诚信体系建设有所帮助。

Abstract: In recent years, with the great development of construction in China, the credit construction of construction market has become more and more important in the sustainable development of construction industry. In order to find out the present situation and existing problems of the construction market credit system construction, this study collected data from different parts of China by questionnaire. What′s more, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on construction market credit system and credit evaluation, and puts forward suggestions, hoping to make a contribution to China's construction market credit system construction.
