[摘　要]　通过物资协同、采购协同、库存协同和客户服务协同等方面的阐述，对建筑供应链协同概念进行延伸；分析物联网在建筑业供应链协同管理的适用性；提出基于物联网的供应链采购协同管理和库存协同管理应用策略。研究表明，建筑业应从建立标准统一，可操作性强，全局共享的信息平台等方面实现供应链协同管理。

Abstract: First, this paper extends the concept of the construction supply chain collaboration based on material collaboration, procurement collaboration, inventory collaboration and customer service collaboration. Second, discusses necessity of the construction supply chain collaborative based on the Internet of things. At last put forward procurement collaboration and inventory collaboration strategy based on Internet of Things. Research show that the construction should be established unified standard, high maneuverability and the global Shared information platform to realize supply chain coordination management.
