[摘　要]　基于运用公私合作经营模式（即PPP模式，Public-Private Partnerships），分析体育场馆产权与产权配置，提出我国体育场馆运营产权配置结构和内容，构建了公私双方通过签订特许协议时初始产权分配和特许经营期再分配两个过程，从而促进我国大型体育场馆更好地发挥公益作用和改善经营管理。

Abstract: Based on the use of public-private partnership management pattern, this paper analyzes the property rights and its configuration of stadiums, proposing the structure and contents of configuration of property rights in sports facility operation. And it also constructs two processes of the initial allocation of property rights in the stage of signing a franchise agreement and redistribution during the concession period between public and private, promoting our major sports venues to better play the role of public and improve management.
