[摘　要]　从合同能源管理在我国新建建筑领域应用的视角进行研究。首先，通过借鉴国外新建建筑合同能源管理的研究经验，利用计算机能耗模拟软件解决新建建筑没有历史能耗数据的问题；然后，按照建筑全生命周期的阶段划分，研究在各个阶段新建建筑合同能源管理的参与主体及其任务，构建新建建筑全生命周期合同能源管理的运行模式。

Abstract: In order to achieve energy performance contracting application in the field of new buildings, first by drawing on the experience of foreign study on energy performance contracting in new building, Using computer energy simulation software solve the problem of new buildings do not have historical energy consumption data. Then divided the life cycle of the building according to stages of it, studied the new construction contracts involved in energy management and its main task at various stages, established the run mode of energy performance contracting in new building life cycle.
